Typhoon Ragasa slams into southern China, with top winds of 241 km/h (150 mph) recorded in Taishan, Guangdong province. Ragasa is the world’s strongest storm so far this year. When typhoon Ragasa comes through Shenzhen on Wednesday, Sept. 24, it brings relentless wind and pelting rain. Trees are torn down and debris are hurtled in a whirlwind.

A wanton wind cannot last a whole morning, nor a sudden rain a whole day. Typhoon Ragasa slows down and vanished within one day.  The policeman and sanitation workers start to clear up the hurdles in the street, and the traffic order recover very soon. After one day off work holiday during Ragasa, Sutung new energy company start to work, and everything goes well as before.
